The Evolution Test (CBT2) starts July 9
HoYoverse's second closed beta opens on July 9. Here's what it is and how to sign up.
Honkai: Nexus Anima's second closed beta, the Evolution Test, runs from July 9, 2026 on PC, iOS, and Android. Recruitment is open now through early July.
It's the bigger follow-up to the 2025 alpha (the Nexus Bond Test). HoYoverse says it expands that build with more characters, more Anima, new regions, and new systems.
This matters for the site because almost everything here is still provisional, built from that 2025 test and community sources. The Evolution Test is when a lot of it gets confirmed or corrected, and we'll update as it does.
