No accounts, no tracking of you

There are no logins or user accounts. For traffic stats we use Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and aggregated. It doesn’t use cookies or collect personal data, which is why you won’t see a cookie banner.

The contact form

When you send a message via the contact form, your message and your email (if you choose to add one) are delivered to the site operator’s inbox via a form service (Web3Forms), purely so a reply can be sent. It isn’t sold, shared, or used for anything else. The same goes for anything you email to support@animacodex.org.

My Anidex stays on your device

Your collection in My Anidexis saved only in your own browser (local storage). It is never uploaded to us. Clear your browser data and it’s gone.

Content from elsewhere

Anima artwork is hotlinked from the Fandom image CDN, and official videos are embedded through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced nocookie domain (no tracking cookies until you press play). Outbound links, such as Ko-fi, YouTube, and official HoYoverse pages, have their own privacy policies.

Fan-made & provisional

Anima Codex is fan-made and not affiliated with HoYoverse or miHoYo. All game data is from the closed beta and community sources, so it’s incomplete and will change.
