Obliviosis (also spelled "obliviasis") is a memory-loss disease. The beta lore says it emerged after the death of Darsea, the Sovereign of Memory & Oblivion.
Otto, a young researcher and a returning Honkai name, is searching for a cure. It's one of the "threads to watch" on the story page, and it rhymes with the protagonist's own lost memory.
