Its landmark is Fleming Tower, the tallest building in Iia's New Quarter, the skyscraper district the developers previewed ahead of the Evolution Test.
Iia's three factions differ above all in how they treat Anima: the Nexus Association shelters and rescues them, the True Nexus Syndicate treats them as "the bounty of nature" to be used, and the Collective chases money. The fuller picture is on the story page.
