Your in-game creature index, listing every Anima you have encountered or bonded, with research tasks per creature. (Our My Collection tracker mirrors it.)
The Anidex is the game's creature index. It lists every Anima you've encountered or bonded, so it doubles as a record of your collecting progress.
Each creature's entry also carries Research Topics, small research tasks tied to that Anima. According to the in-game Handbook, completing one unlocks the matching Anima Avatar as a reward.
This site's My Anidex tracker mirrors it: mark the Anima you own and the tools here (like the board optimizer) can work from your actual collection.
